A heart is a very interesting creation! It can be totally understood and discerned by God but each person’s heart is hidden from view to the scrutiny of others!

This is an Awesome thing!

We can stop everything for just a moment and THINK about the HEART!

The Heart of a person is EVERYTHING TO GOD!

Romans 10:10 tells us that the HEART is the very DOORWAY TO GOD!!!

“For with the HEART YOU BELIEVE…AND ARE JUSTIFIED and with the mouth you CONFESS AND ARE SAVED!”

God sees the Heart of every man, woman and child. God knows the secrets of the Heart.

There are too many today who have only the “outward appearance” or “image” of loving Jesus Christ, when in their heart of hearts, they do not even know Him. They may attend every church service available, go to every choir practice, sit in every Sunday School class but their hearts are hardened from the effects of their involvement with the World.

Jeremiah 17:9 says “The HEART is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? I, the Lord search the Heart and examine the mind to reward a man according to his conduct, and according to what his deeds deserve.”

It takes GOD to discern what is truly in the heart of a person!

Why are so many people sitting in psychiatrists’ offices today? Why are they going through therapies after therapies and taking drug after drug? Because the heart is “beyond cure” God says. Only GOD can heal the HEART!! If God’s people could get that understanding! If hurting people could come into the revelation that God is the HEALER…that “KNOWING THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE!” (Words of Jesus: John 8:32) When we come to know Jesus Christ…we are SET FREE INDEED!!! Our Spirit is touched and filled with His Holy Spirit! We begin to feed on the beauty of His Holy Word instead of the ashes and death of the world around us! The Word begins to grow and to come alive inside us and we begin to heal in areas of our lives that nothing could touch before!!

You might say: “So.. HOW DO YOU KNOW FOR SURE??”

I know because I am one that has EXPERIENCED THE SAVING GRACE OF GOD’S TRUTH IN MY OWN HEART! I spent many years going from doctors to doctors, and from psychiatrists to psychiatrists, and from hospital to hospital in four different states! I sought healing! I desperately cried out to God, not even realizing what true healing was going to take! I thought it would come through the right doctor! I thought it would come through the right medication! I thought it would come next month, next year, TOMORROW!!! I cried for healing, I begged for healing! I was like the woman who had the “issue of blood” for many years and she “pressed through the crowd” and touched the hem of the garment Jesus was wearing! I’m sure everyone looked at her! I am sure it was not easy for her, as sick as she was, even to be out and about seeking Jesus the Messiah in a great crowd, and I’m sure she had to push through that crowd and maybe she got knocked about a bit! If we are really sincere about knowing Jesus Christ, we will push through a crowd! We might get bumped around. Some people may not like our “pushiness”…to get to Him. They might think we are strange or even be embarrassed at our determination and need!

But Jesus stopped everything when this woman touched Him. He turned around and looked at her and said these words: “Daughter, your faith has healed you.” And from that moment, she was totally healed! Why she was able to do this? Why was her faith so great? It is very simple!

SHE BELIEVED IN HER HEART!!

Matthew 9: 21 says, “She said to herself: If only I CAN TOUCH HIS CLOAK, I WILL BE HEALED!”

She had life giving faith! And it LIVED IN HER HEART!

The HEART is a place of believing or not believing. The HEART is the first place that Jesus touches and begins to heal when He becomes our Savior…when we allow Him to come in and take over our lives! He begins to meet our needs! He begins to work into our Hearts a new melting of softness and begins to remove the hard stony places!

And…what is amazing is that all this is INVISIBLE to other people! You can tell them! You can testify of what God has done in your life! You can show them your “before Jesus” pictures and your “After Jesus” pictures! They can physically SEE what has happened to you! But UNTIL THEY BELIEVE IT FOR THEMSELVES….IT CANNOT HAPPEN TO THEM, BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT OPENED THEIR OWN HEART TO HIS TRUTH!!!

The truth is only going to set you free in your heart of hearts IF YOU KNOW THE TRUTH!! Truth can be all around you! Truth can be in your home. It can be coming from the mouth of your parents, husband or wife! But…if you DON’T KNOW IT…IT CANNOT TOUCH THE INVISIBLE HEART!

There are attitudes and hurts and offenses that we can harbor in our hearts and they make us sick. There are abuses remembered, there are walls up and there is fear. Jesus came to tear down these walls. Jesus came to set us free through KNOWING HIM, who IS THE TRUTH! Only knowing Jesus can truly heal our hearts from every wound. Only Believing in Him as our Lord and Savior IN OUR HEARTS brings true conversion!

Your heart is not invisible to God!

The eyes of Jesus are all knowing, all seeing. He is full of compassion and his “mercies are from Everlasting to Everlasting” ! They do not cease when you fail in some way! They do not stop! Jesus is ALWAYS AND FOREVER FOR YOU!!! He is ALWAYS AND FOREVER wanting and desiring to FORGIVE YOU and to HEAL YOUR HEART OF HEARTS!

He is One you can TRUST with your invisible heart. He is One you can share your innermost secrets with and He will NEVER condemn you!

Romans 8:1 says “There is now NO CONDEMNATION TO THOSE WHO ARE IN CHRIST JESUS BECAUSE THROUGH CHRIST JESUS THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE HAS SET ME FREE FROM THE LAW OF SIN AND DEATH!!!”

Jesus took His mission TO HEART!

He took His Mission of Salvation to YOUR HEART AND TO MINE in order that we might be SET FREE of the past! The wounds of the World have to leave when He walks into our lives!

Prayer:
May Jesus touch you today in your invisible heart! May He bring understanding, healing and JOY to the wounded hearts who read this page! May strength flow and rivers of living waters flow out of the innermost being of those of you who have known sorrow and defeat in the eyes of the world! May Gods’ righteousness and peace take control of your life! May you entrust FOREVER AND ALWAYS your invisible Heart to the Living God…in Jesus name, Amen.
